Not what I had expected

While the paper was good, the notebooks were two small to my liking. I did order the dot notebooks with the perforated paper which were much much 100X better.

exactly what I was looking for

I needed a journal with good quality paper, but in something less bulky/heavy than the hardbound ones. A friend gave me one of these last July, and it's is perfect! The binding is strong (held up beautifully for six months of daily use) and the cover is sturdy enough to be tossed into my bag without crumpling. Bonus: it can be doodled on!
